We are a smallholding close to the village of Perranwell. Our beautifully converted barns are nestling in the quiet Cornish Countryside, surrounded by footpaths and narrow country lanes and priced to suit varying budgets, two strictly pet free and one very pet friendly with a huge garden !
We are just a short hop from the city of Truro and the harbour town of Falmouth. And within reach of the Lizard, Bodmin Moor or Penwith by car. All our barns are within easy walking distance of the Maritime Line, a beautiful rural branch line offering lots of exciting opportunities for days out.

02/08/20 …. “This trip was booked last year pre virus. During the lockdown we communicated with Julie over email about our holiday and really appreciated the honesty and sincerity from her. All angles were covered but thankfully lockdown was lifted and we were able to visit. This was our second time here (first at Home Barn) and this time The Granary. We received total reassurance from Julie and her team that every single precaution that could be taken because of COVID-19 would be adhered to rigorously and I can honestly say it was 100%. The Granary is a first class cottage in one of the most beautiful locations I have had the pleasure to stay. You will not be disappointed if you book.
